Also, have looked into filing a &quot;senior freeze&quot;? If it&#039;s your primary residence and you meet the income requirements, you can have your valuation locked in for three years. You can read more about that here: http://legacy.co.mohave.az.us/depts/assessor/seniorfreeze_default.asp

		<description>Our property tax have gone up over 50% in the last two years. While porerty values have slid down over 53% I am over seventy five yers old and on a fixed income and at this rate we could loose our property very soon if this continues. I have paid my shear of taxes up to now. I know if thie continues over the next two years Mohave county will owen our home and we shall be home less. God Bless America</description>
