Bullhead City Home Sales
After an unexpected spike in sales in July and a slight dip in August, the number of Bullhead City homes sold in September dropped 29% from the month before, with 44 homes sold. It’s been surprisingly similar for three years now. The number of homes sold dropped 27% from August to September in 2007 and 28% in 2006. The following was stronger in both of those years.
The median price of homes sold in Bullhead City actually went up a bit from $138,500 in August to $139,950 in September. The average sale price soared from $165,658 to $199,817, thanks to several riverfront homes selling, including one for over $1.7 million.

Fort Mohave Home Sales
After posting the second strongest month of the year in August, Fort Mohave home sales fell nearly 52% with 15 homes sold in September. The median sale price of homes sold in Fort Mohave also fell from $158,500 in July to $137,000 in September (14%).

Mohave Valley Home Sales
There were six homes sold in Mohave Valley in September, but there were some big ones. Three of the six sold for $425,000 – $850,000, bringing the median price of homes sold in Mohave Valley from $189,900 in August to $303,047 in September.
