The median home price in Bullhead City was $120,000 in October, up 9% from September, and about the same amount from October 2008.
What’s not shown in the table below is that the price per square foot is down from $96.69 to $81.78.
Driven by lower prices, year-over-year sales continue to improve, with 67 homes sold this year compared to 49 homes in October of 2008.
It’s also worth noting that the number of homes sold this year through October is up by more than 29% from the same period last year.
