Bullhead City Home Sales
Residential sales for Bullhead City were similar to last month, with 47 homes sold compared to 48 in October. Dollar volume was down slightly (7%), while the median price moved up a touch from $118,257 to an even $120,000. No dramatic changes, but that’s not bad considering it’s typical in our area to see drop off from October to November.

Fort Mohave Home Sales
Pace slowed in Fort Mohave as the number of homes sold went from 17 to 14, and the median sale price dropped by about 20%. 6 of those 14 homes sold were foreclosures. More on that in the November foreclosure report out later this week.

Activity in Mohave Valley also tailed off in November, yet the median price moved up from $109,900 last month to $130,200.
