Bullhead City Home Sales
The number of Bullhead City homes sold in March jumped up 23% from February, as dollar volume nearly doubled and year-over-year sales improved for the fifth straight month.
Overall, the energy in the market is noticeably higher as inventory continues to drop and pending sales continue to increase.

Average Price – $234,515 (Deceptively high thanks to a couple of $2 million sales.)

Fort Mohave Home Sales
In Fort Mohave, homes sold jumped by 47% from the month before, and 56% year-over-year. The median home price moved up just a touch.

Mohave Valley Home Sales
Unlike Bullhead City and Fort Mohave, the median price in Mohave Valley dropped significantly in March, but homes sold hit a 2 1/2 year high.
