Bullhead City Home Sales
Home sales rose sharply this month in Bullhead City with the number of homes sold up 31% and the total dollar volume up nearly 82%. The median sale price also climbed for the second straight month, from $136,000 to $138,000.

Fort Mojave Home Sales
Home sales held steady this month in Fort Mojave with 26 homes sold compared to 28 last month. Total dollar volume went up about 4%, while the median sale price moved from $176,500 the previous month to $176,250.

Mohave Valley Home Sales
While the overall dollar volume was significantly higher last month due to a couple of high ticket sales, the number of homes sold this month in Mohave Valley was actually one higher than last month. The median sale price was also up by almost 17%, from $153,000 to $178,700.
