The City of Bullhead City is hosting a housing assistance fair next Saturday at the City Council Chambers. Local real estate and mortgage professionals will be on hand to answer questions and provide guidance on all things real estate or mortgage related.
This is an informational event, not a sales pitch.
We had a meeting yesterday to finalize the plans for the fair, and I have to say I’ve been very impressed that everyone involved is focussed on being a resource for the community. No self-promotion, no banners for XYZ Lenders or ABC Realty.
Some of the people we are hoping to help include struggling homeowners at risk of losing their homes who are looking for someone to explain some of their options in a confidential setting, and anyone interested in homeownership. We’ll have materials on loan modification, refinancing, Making Home Affordable, and the first time buyer tax credit, plus information on the market in general. There are no obligations.
So if you’ve got questions or need some help, come on down and we’ll see what we can do.
