The Bullhead City Foreclosure Report includes all  homes sold in Bullhead City (site built homes, manufactured homes, and condominiums) as reported to the Western Arizona REALTOR® Data Exchange unless otherwise noted.

Foreclosures continue to make their mark in Bullhead City, but also continue to account for less than half of the homes sold for the third straight month. The split was very similar to April, with bank-owned home sales accounting for approximately 45% of the total homes sold in May.

Bullhead City Site Built Homes Sold in May 2009

Check out the numbers for site built homes, where foreclosures have their biggest impact. On average, foreclosures sell faster and for less money, but the median prices moved up on both sides of the fence, while average price per square foot actually moved down a bit on foreclosures.

Foreclosures made up a bigger share of manufactured home sales than we typically see. Again, they sold faster and for smaller price tags than the non-foreclosure sales.

Bullhead City Condominiums Sold in May 2009

In a month where Bullhead City had the most residential sales in two years, it might not surprise you that more than two condos finally sold in a single month this year. Six to be exact, four of which were bank-owned.
