Bullhead City Residential Sales in August 2009

This first section includes all property types. A breakdown by property type follows.

Home sales continue to be split between foreclosures and traditional sellers. 46 of the 87 of the Bullhead City homes sold in August were foreclosures (53%).

The difference in the median price of foreclosures and others home sales in Bullhead City was pretty big, but the price per square foot was the closest it’s been since January. One month does not a trend make, but it’s something to keep an eye on.

Note the average days on market, which is 194 days for traditional sellers and only 101 days for foreclosures.

Bullhead City Manufactured Homes Sold in August 2009

Only 2 of the 16 manufactured homes sold in Bullhead City in August were foreclosures. Overall, the number of manufactured homes sold in Bullhead City was down 33% compared to 24 sold in July.

Fewer manufactured home sales general skew the residential prices up and the foreclosure share down.
